ZST-121橡膠表面電阻率測(cè)定儀

一  概述 
      本儀器既可測(cè)量超高電阻，又可測(cè)極微弱電流。采用了大規(guī)模集成電路以及的技 術(shù)，使儀器體積小、重量輕、準(zhǔn)確度高。以數(shù)字液晶顯示電阻并同時(shí)直接顯示流過(guò)被測(cè)電阻的電流。電阻量程從1×104Ω ～1×1018Ω， 電流測(cè)量范圍 為2 ×10-4A ～1 ×10-16A。機(jī)內(nèi)測(cè)試電壓為DC10V、50V、100V、250V、500V、1000V。
      本儀器具有精度高、顯示迅速、穩(wěn)定性好、讀數(shù)方便, 適用于防靜電產(chǎn)品 如防靜電鞋、防靜電塑料橡膠制品、計(jì)算機(jī)房防靜電活動(dòng)地板等電阻值的檢驗(yàn)以及絕緣材料和電子電器產(chǎn)品的絕緣電阻測(cè)量。本儀器除能測(cè)電阻外，還能直接測(cè)量電流如電子器件暗電流等。

 五  工作原理  
        根據(jù)歐姆定律，被測(cè)電阻R等于施加電壓V除以通過(guò)的電流I。即

        傳統(tǒng)的儀器的工作原理是測(cè)量電壓V固定，通過(guò)測(cè)量流過(guò)被測(cè)物體的電流I以標(biāo)定電阻的刻度來(lái)讀出電阻值。從上式可以看出，由于電流I是與電阻成反比，而不是成正比，所以電阻的顯示值是非線(xiàn)性的，即電阻無(wú)窮大時(shí)，電流為零，即表頭的零位處是∞，其附近的刻度非常密，分辨率很低。整個(gè)刻度是非線(xiàn)性的。又由于測(cè)量不同的電阻時(shí)，其電壓V也會(huì)有些變化，所以普通的高阻計(jì)的精度是很難提高的。 
       ZST-121體積、表面電阻率測(cè)定儀是同時(shí)測(cè)出電阻兩端的電壓V和流過(guò)電阻的電流I，通過(guò)內(nèi)部的大規(guī)模集成電路完成電壓除以電流的計(jì)算，然后把所得到的結(jié)果經(jīng)過(guò)A/D轉(zhuǎn)換后以數(shù)字顯示出電阻值，即便是電阻兩端的電壓V和流過(guò)電阻的電流I是同時(shí)變化，其顯示的電阻值不象普通高阻計(jì)那樣因被測(cè)電壓V的變化或電流Ｉ的變化而變，所以, 即使測(cè)量電壓、被測(cè)量電阻、電源電壓等發(fā)生變化對(duì)其結(jié)果影響不大，其測(cè)量精度很高。從理論上講其誤差可以做到零。而實(shí)際誤差可以做到千分之幾或萬(wàn)分之幾。

The five principle

According to Ohm's law, the resistance being measured R is equal to the applied voltage divided by current V by I. That is,

The working principle of the traditional instrument measuring voltage V is fixed, by measuring the current flowing through the scale of the measured object I to calibration resistance to read out the resistance value. Can be seen from the above equation, because the current I is inversely proportional to the resistance, but not proportional, so is nonlinear resistive displayvalue, i.e., infinite resistance, current is zero, i.e. zero at the header is infinity, scale near thevery dense, with a low resolution. The scale is nonlinear. Because the resistance measurementof different voltage, the V will also be some changes, so the high resistance of ordinary meteraccuracy is difficult to improve.
